Yet again
Its still doing it, car is bogging down after about 10 minutes of driving. It does
10x worse after I drive my car for about 30 miles straight, and it gets worse at
night when I have my lights on. I don't know if its the fact that i'm shifting a an
RPM thats too low or what, but I see my friends shifting at way lower than I am
they dont have a problem so I know somethings not right. Any help would be great, thanks in advance.
P.S. Car is completely stock

Any recent service or anything else you can say? For all we know your talking about a ballon ride gone bad (JK, but we need more info.)
When did this start?
Any conditions (weather/damp/snowing/raining/Cold/Hot/ etc.)??
Any patterns of these conditions?
You say it bogs after your car is warmed up?
So heat, and perhaps load has something to do with it.
Any other conditions? bad idle, hard starts, funny smells, missfires, ticking ...

To check your cell....
There is a little blue plug behind you radio somewhere. It only has to wires to it; and all you do is connect the two wires togther. Some people use a paper clip, I use a spring from a pen to check the cell. If you connect it and the cel light blinks then you did it right. If you did it right and you dont have the cel light blink then you have no poblems

sitting in your driver seat by your right foot (gas pedal) is where you center counsol ends.
center counsol
plastic moulding covers shifter/ebrake/armrest etc.)
Burried in there is a blue plastic two pin quick connector. Stick your hand in behind center counsol by gas pedal. Dig carefully, don't do a homer simpson, and get a zap.
When you find connector jumper it with paper clip (jumper means connect one side to other with something conductive). Then turn your accessories on (don't crank motor, just turn it to point where lights and radio can function.)
Than watch your check engine light flash and count the pulses.

DAMN YOU,
made me type all that out and u sum it up in a paragraph lol
Oh, and for the missfires, I think maybe your timing could be off, or one or multiple cylinders has missfires. Probably one if you only hear one burp. If it double burps, right beside one another, than it could be two cylinders (I've read, ...not sure if thats true or not)
Could be multiple problems too

Yes,.. it is suppose to come on I thought. I think hat indicates you have a faulty ecu, or lights blown...but I highly doubt the light is just blown.
yeah, pull negative battery cable off battery. Leave off for a while. I'm not sure, maybe 10 minutes, than plug it in.
I hear you can pull clock fuse/radio fuse too to reset ecu but I'm not sure of that either.
Start with batter cable though please.

ya know what, that crossed my mind too... (alternator) Sounds similar to my first preludes issue, and I swapped in a junk yard alt, and problem vanished.

Maybe first take it to an AutoZone or Pepboys and have them test it.
If you need a replacement alternator, get a rebuilt one.
