1 find the radiator
2 follow the hose to the thermostat housing. (the place where the lower radiator hose hooks up to the engine)
3 it's on top of the thermostat housing. 12mm bolt with a hole/nipple in the middle. you can't miss it

Yes very close to that.
The coolant bleeder screw is #12 in the pic and the coolant temp sensor is #15.
