Default Heater removed. Cap off or loop hose?

I have removed my heater and A/C. Right now I just have to hose looped from the thermostat housing to the head.

Would the coolant circulation be effected much if I were to cap off both ends, elminating the hose?

It doesn't make very much of a difference either way.

If you cap the ends, in the long run, it will leak. If you loop it, it will last longer

What would it leak over time?

Since it doesn't seem that capping will hurt anything, I was going to weld caps on to ensure complete seal.

Welding shut the in/outlets that fed the heater should last forever with no problems
