coolant leak from hose under distributor cap

It is one of the heater hoses. You can look up your car on a dealer's parts site like hondaautomotiveparts to get the part number and official name.

what was that hose with the arrows called?
Your best bet is to start a new thread specific to your vehicle and list your year/model/mods...
