Did you mess with the cams or the TB at all?

Are you sure you're reading the correct timing mark on the flywheel?

so it is at 13 degrees BTC, or it is advanced 13 degrees beyond stock 15, so its at 28 degrees BTC???

I don't even think it would run at 28 degrees BTC.

the distrubutor is advanced, all the way to the fire wall, where it could not me advance any more... and when using a timing gun, it's reading 13 deg... would this be a cause of not installing the fly wheel in the right place???

i don't see how you could install the flywheel wrong, unless you put it on backwards, and you would def know if you did. I bet your one tooth off on your cam gear. That happened to me once too. with the dizzy turned all the way to the firewall it ran best, and if you put it all the way towards the bumper, it would die. right in the middle I was slower than a 400 lb man on a moped. my exhaust cam was one tooth off and the intake cam was right. IMO, redo timing from scratch and see what happens.
