Default Doing an alignment on a lowered prelude?

Does anyone know where I can find a 10pt. 12mm. socket to fit the two bolts on the rear right of a 92 SI that connect the spindle arm to the lower control arm. I need to take off those bolts and elongate those holes to set the toe to where it needs to be. I have searched in every honda dealership, performance shop, and automotive shop around Richmond and they have not known where i can find it. Does anyone know where I could find a socket to fit that bolt?

I have only heard of 6pt and 12pt sockets, both of which I have. Craftsman is what I always use and I have 12mm 12pt sockets, try them
