Default suspension question

hi guys, this time i have a question about the suspension setup
the thing is, i paired KYB AGX with H&R's (red) but in the rear, when mounting the spring on the shock there was too much gap between shock and shock mount, so the spring would travel out of place when driving over bumps, that's how i blew my shocks very fast? Do you have any suggestions please, i don't know what to do.

sorry bro, no pics. but what i mean is, when i put the spring on the shock and fasten the bolt over the mount, the spring is still not tight in it's position, it can travel up and down about half an inch.

i have the same problem with my skunk2 slip coilovers and tokico illumina shocks..its like the spring jumps up and down while driving and the worst part about it is that its wearing down the thread on my sleeves so i wont be able to raise it if i ever have to(if i ever wanted to stop being low)

is this when your car is sitting on the ground or on a jack? if its on a jack theres nothing you can do even when its off the jack you can't fix it. the only way is to get a shorter shock.
