Default startup problem

My JDM H22 in my prelude sounds like its running on 3 cylinders when i first start it up when cold. Its sputtering and just not running right at all. I used the distributer off of my H23 but i replaced the plugs, wires, cap and rotor with all new OEM ones. I noticed that my rotor has about 1/8 inch of play in it after i got it installed which could be the issue, but i dont understand why its fine after warming up. I set the timing at 15o and everything seems to be set right but its still spitting and sputtering when cold. After the car warms up it seems to be running perfect and has a lot of power. I'm really stumped on why its running so bad at initial startup. Is it possible that my distributer is bad? And if so why would it run perfect after its warmed up? I'm really lost and have no clue what else to check for. Any ideas anyone?

Mine does the same thing, my initial guess is that its making noticably more compression when its warmed up. I also have mine timed at like 18
