Screen in Dash!
how about just extending the control plate of the tv to somewhere else like the glove box or fitting the buttons into the center consol, i know its more work but your screen seperated from everything else must fit flusher with everything

yes i asked this aswell there is a rectangular box that holds down the dimmer module thingy. I just unscrewed the module and took out the box zip tied the dimmer switch somewhere behind the tweeter cover and moved the gas/temp over
all you have to do is
take off the tweeter
take off the 8 screws at the top of the dash
i believe 3-4 screws holding the screen
then the black trim use a flat head to remove it from the glass i belive there are clips tehre aswell. also theres a screw for the trim that seperates the gas temp screen from the speedometer screen.
heres a pic of whats to the right of the gas/temp gauge its for the dimmer control
just unscrew and zip tie it its all trial and error finding room for it same with the clock adjuster
ohh and becareful with the screen mind cracked but you really cant see it since the part is near the tweeter
heres where the gas/temp gauge used to be. Theres a flat space there so we just used a velcro and strapped it down there is also a hole leading down towards the center console near the right
then heres the finish product
BALLIN!!!!

all in all i barely use it. Since i can barely see it during the day but at night its so NICE. and since mine is lcd it takes a while when its in the cold to warm up and look nice
