Review: BPi Flow Stack
only thing is that it might start eating away at ur chasis...leaving a little rust mark or something. im not 100% sure tho, but i think thats what happened on my maxima. also if its suspended then u maaay get more airflow. probably nothing significant
ill just leave it at the fact that i really, really look forward to the day when i pull the motor again, and strip, fill, and paint the whole bay....
so a tiny rust spot doesn't even really bother me at this point....and with the fact that the paint down there is quite thick, i doubt I will even see this rust anytime soon....

has anyone managed to fit this setup in without the battery relocation?
if not ill let you know... because i just ordered mine without measuring...
i guess if it doesnt fit ill HAVE to move the battery.

I fit in in there without moving the battery. I will hopefully have pics in a few days when I get ahold of a camera.

i just installed this bitch. the sri was a tad too long so i chopped off about 2". its a damn snug fit WITH the battery next to it. woulda had pics... BUT i dont have a camera and my friend's is broken... but for the record.. it DOES fit.
i DID notice a difference in throttle response however i went from a cai with a HELLA DIRTY filter to this...

sigh....Ill jump in on this bandwagon too.
course mine will be at the end of a CAI......Ill try to get before n after on a dyno with and without and just the stack....when I come back from teh sandbox
does anyone have his email since my ship has the site a DNS blackhole......stupid .mil servers

For clarity's sake, i want to point out that a longer pipe will still make more power with the stack on. You're not hurting your cai by trying to get this thing in there, you are probly making a better intake than what most of us have with the shortram w/stack. Now, there is something to be said about that bend that goes into the fender, like matt pointed out, and also remember that there is an optimal intake pipe length for different motors, so, it would obviously be best to find that optimal length by adding/taking away length from the bottom of your cai with the stack on the end, but obviously we don't all have full access to dick around time on the dyno, so I would just say, there is no detrimental effect to putting the stack on the end of a cai.
Sorry if some of that sounds like rambling, my brain is a bit mushy from classes today.
