ok i took the pics

here you goes

fit fine except i had to trim just a bit off the filter end of the pipe

you can see how the coupler is kinda making a curve, i tried to get the stack as flush as i could with the pipe, but the coupler will only bend so much, the stack is about 70% flush on the inside edge.....

i'll get those damn msd wires i will

enjoy, because im loving it....sounds mean

Would this fit with the battery in the stock location? </TD></TR></TABLE>

I just installed this setup on my fourth gen with the stock battery in place and it fit. The fit is pretty close, but there is space on each side of the filter. Sorry I dont have any pics.

Hmmm i might have to pick one of these Flow Stacks....I have a JWT Popcharger laying around collecting dust. Might as well give it a try and test it with my AEM short ram intake.

sucks that I JUST ordered a new K&N Filter for my intake

My setup is like yours bb4ever (it goes around the side of the battery). Ill try to borrow a camera from somebody and take some pics of it in a few days. If the filter sat centered in the hole between the fender and the battery there would probably be about 1/8" space on each side. My filter is a little off center, so it is barely touching the fender side and there is like 1/4" of space on the battery side. After making the stack as close as possible to flush with the end of the intake my filter points a little downwards. Also, I did not have to trim the intake tube to get the filter to fit.

I was wondering... it's known that Preludes don't like WAI's (powerwise) because of the warmer air from the engine bay in comparing to a CAI. So you can put a replacement (K&N) filter in the stock airbox or go the CAI way.

The intakes used for the stack are the WAI length... but does the use of a bigger filter in combination with the stack take away the negative effect of normal WAI's?

I'm sure it will work much better than WAI's but it's just something I was asking myself
