Default problem with idle

this only happened twice so far. i start my car in the freezing cold after about 30 sec the idle goes way down to like 600 rpm then it jumps back to 1000 both times this happened i gave it a little gas and it idles fine where it should be. Normally right when i start the car in the cold it idles at 1500 then it slowly goes down as the car warms up. any input would be greatly appreciated
mods: header, cat back, vafc2, cai oh yeah it's a fifth gen 01'

I'm not 100% sure if the preludes have a Fast Idle valve under the TB. But that is what warms them up. That is why it goes from 1500 and slowly goes down( which is normal) . Maybe yours is starting to go or is getting stuck.
