Default Problem.... with engine

I have a 99 prelude with a Greddy bolt on turbo kit...
when i run my car and rev it up.. the RPM drops really low
sometimes low enough to kill the car... I have no idea what it is..
i have no i checked all my hoses.. the fuel rail is sending more than
enough fuel.... also it idles really low.... about 750-810rpm..
but when i let go of the throttle for some reason it drops to 550-675rpm
sometimes the high 400's then the car dies.. any ideas??
ive looked and i have no clue whats going on...

are you boosting also??

by the way the car doesnt like to start either...
the only way i can start it is click the keys twice to let the pump, pump some fuel...
pump the gas 4 times slowly.... 1 one thousand, 2 one thousand... that slow..
try to start it and then i have to give it some gas.... and sometimes it dies immediatly...

I used to have this same problem until I wrecked my 97 SH. One day I took out all my sub and my amplifiers to cusomize my trunk. For an entire 24 hours it acted perfectly and the needle stocked where it was supposed to after reving.
The next day my car was back to normal despoite the fact I had not reinstalled any of the car audion. This make me believe that is was somehow an electrical issue.
Please keep inmind I had tons of A?M parts, an aem ems and in need of a tune. My problem was severe and it stalled everytime I reved and let off.

Have you tried something as easy as adjusting the idle? or replacing the fuel filter?

A messed-up IAC valve usually makes the idle fluctuate up and down.

Clean your IAC and EGR valves, and if that doesn't help, maybe you need to do a valve adjustment. Awhile back my car would die every time I stopped, and once I did a valve adjustment, it stopped

i dont know how much your car was like mine, but mine had simular features..when i pulled my cruse control out...i noticed that the vacuum line was punchered somhow, but anyways i ripped it out and took a vacuum line plug and plugged it at the intake manifold, after that it worked fine and my idle was perfectly normal and it ne er acted up again, not saying this is your problem but it could possibly be a vacuum leak,

Have you tried removing your bolt-on turbo kit to see if the engine runs good on its own??

Has it done it the entire time the turbo kit has been on there? If so then I'd say a vacuum leak.

If not, then I'd start with the IAC, maybe even the TPS (I've seen that cause almost any idle problem imaginable). Vacuum leaks are a bitch.

I would guess the IAC also. By the way the manual from the dealer says that you should have your idle set at 500-550 so if that is where it's at you are good there and I would look at something else other than the IAC.

i took the intake pipe off off the turbo and there was a little oil in that... after i cleaned it it starts fine...
just has that idle problem...
but it doesnt die no more...
any ideas what it could be?
i think my piping might be clogged...
especially my intercooler....
but im wondering what caused it to be clogged

I think some of the turbo seals are going........
from the symptoms...
