Default Prelude maintenance

OK, I've had my JDM H22 in the del Sol for a good 3k now and I think that it's time for some routine maintenance. The question is what should I do? So far I can think of the following:

-drain oil and replace it with new...the question is what kind? The stuff they sell at the Honda dealership? Or is there something better? Also how many quarts should I buy?

-replace coolant. With this I have heard that Honda coolant is the best bang for the buck.

The timing belt and water pump were replaced at the time the engine went in. So those look fine, almost new at this point. I can't think of anything else that might need replacing though besides maybe the transmission fluid.

Good question, I have heard that synthetic is the best for this particular engine...but I could care less man, as long as it keeps the engine running fine.

I'm almost to the point of just saying "**** it" and taking this to a really good shop that I know that would do this for me at a more than decent price...namely because I don't know what is best and these guys do (they're awesome and really know their **** when it comes to Hondas) and I really don't have a garage to work in, much less a floor jack. I can't fit under the car either...so I'm kinda fucked aren't I?

True...just making sure. I had a Celica before this and just took it to the dealership since they would always end up giving me a good deal on things.

So...I'm kinda new to this.
