Default pcv block???

would i be able to put a plug both on the pcv valve and intake manifold so that it would bring in less air, and not have any damage done to my h23????

No, your bottom end has to be able to breath. It needs the pcv system to stop the build up of moisture and blow-by gases contaminating the oil.

Blocking the breathers will also cause an unhealthy build up of crank pressure, which will "push" oil past your piston rings and cause the engine to burn oil Excessively.

Try it for a laugh, if you dont believe me
