Re: o2 sensor problem (superjunprelude)
First off, what year Prelude do you have? Are we talking OBD1 or OBD2? Also, what's your setup? Need to know these things before we can attempt to help you out.

Re: o2 sensor problem (superjunprelude)
What harness did you use? And is the ECU for that motor? Also, where did you get the O2 sensor from? I ask this because I bought a universal 4-wire O2 sensor from Auto Zone one time and followed the directions to install it. I reset the ECU and started the car, but the CEL came on within a couple of minutes. I then replaced it with a factory style unit from oxygensensors.com, and haven't had a problem with it yet (replaced it almost 8 months ago).

Re: o2 sensor problem (superjunprelude)
So, then you HAD the H23 non-Vtec first (or the F22 non-Vtec) with auto tranny, right? And you converted it to a JDM H22 (Vtec of course) manual transmission. If so, then you may need the harness from the JDM motor and not the one you have now. They may plug right up, but the problem is that certain pinouts (O2 sensor in this case) maybe in different locations. You would need to find out which are different and then move them around to there respective locations. Try researching some more to find this out, find some people on H-T who have done this swap with success, or locate a company who specializes in motor swaps. Also, the ECU should match the motor you have now, not the stock motor. Using the stock ECU you have now will not allow the motor to function properly within its full potential. IMO, try switching ECUs first. See what error codes come up, then figure out the pinout thing I mentioned above. Just remember, full motor swaps are NEVER easy or risk free (at least most aren't).
