Default wideband replace o2 sensor?

Ok i converted to obd1 and now i need a four wire o2 sensor and i was pricing them. I went to car quest they told me like 450. I know i can go get one at advanced for like 75 or whatever but im wondering if i can just go ahead and get a wideband and will that send the signal to my ecu and the wideband or do i need 2?
