Will a quaiffe (SP) help a lot with traction on my SC'd 2000 lude?

 

yes, everywhere!!! You can save money and get a LSD from OPM motorsports though, just as good, just cheaper, and its made with a reliable OEM unit... www.opmmotorsports.com

 

i know the guy that makes them for OPM, he is in my SCCA region, and would have made me one cheaper, but i bought a Quaife anyways. my sugestion is to use a quaife... yes, the will work the same, but since the OPM systems uses clutches instead of gears, they can wear out... yes, they have a warrante, and they will repair the unit if needed, but that could end up being A LOT of unneeded downtime

 

Is Kaaz LSD good?

 

i heard to many indifferent things about Kaaz, so i chose the Quaife b/c i only ever heard good things

 

kaaz is a clutch type lsd also...

i think most people go with quaife at around 800 bucks it's a pretty good deal
