Default Intermittent loss of spark

I swapped a h22a into a 96 prelude. I have the rywire dizzy harness and a p28 Ecu. The Ecu was mapped for a b18 so I ordered a new chip. In the mean time I plugged in the original obd2 Ecu. It ran fine I shut it off and went back today and it was hard to start then ran terrible I had a couple of Ecu. I tried them all along with a different icu and coil it will run sometimes then stall and lose spark but not inj pulse. I’ve checked everything I know please help.

Well for starters, you can't just "order a chip" and expect it to run correctly on that basemap. A basemap is just that; a basemap. It is not intended for long term use; it is only intended to get the engine running decently enough to check for leaks and possibly drive to a tuner to get a full tune. You will need to get it professionally tuned.

As for the current spark issue, have you checked for trouble codes? obd2 ecu's are quite good at picking up errors and storing a code for easier diagnostics
