Yes its Intake Air Bypass(secondaries) which is composed of #12 and by-pass control solenoid valve, check valve and also the solenoid.

thanks for the reply, for the starting air valve/air boost valve, if u look at the diagram above, where its positioned on the diagram is the same as if u look at the IM, if u have a jdm IM, then there is a plate that blocks off where it would go
