Default Looking for general suggestions and input

I've finally got some money and it's time to decide which way to go. I was originally going to go NA but now I'm having second doubts... What would you do in my situation?

Current:
JDM H22, tune-up complete
Intake, exhaust, no PS, and no AC
CM st3 clutch
P28 w/ Hondata 3B + Hondata IMG
14.2@97 w/ P13 ECU, pre-Hondata goodness

Sitting around:
New Skunk2 valvesprings/retainers and cam gears.
Was going to go with Skunk2 st2 cams + Euro R or modded IM. Then tune.
Complete OE H22 IM.
M/T slicks

Problem:
Damn intake manifold is breaking the IM studs again, causing for a nasty vacuum leak and fluctuating idle obviously. I intended to put the Dremel to the spare manifold, send out the TB for boring (then portmatch it myself), and ditch the IAB midsection.

Would it be a better idea to pursue the NA route OR just give in to boost like everybody else around here? The ultimate goal would be a "reliable" and consistent 13.0 or so range on 22x8" slicks in a 2500-2600lb car, which might be a stretch for NA. Conversely, there exists the issue with H22's weak ringlands on moderate boost, which is a little intimidating to say the least. I realize neither is cheap.... So yeah, I'm kinda split :\

Any input is appreciated
Adi

boost it...
keep the system running on dual stage boost setup- so you can get your 13s with high boost, and reliability with a low setting.
Running 13's on a NA setup is still gonna give you reliability issues- plus I reckon it's gonna end up costing more.
just my 2c.
