Help! iacv?

Help! iacv?
Got a 92 si h23
The car starts fine and will warm up fine around 1500 rpms.
When the motor starts to get warm the car engine stalls.
I can hold the gas and idle it that way but it doesnt idle, once it is warm on its own.
This would be the iacv right? the fitv takes care of idle when the motor is cold then the iacv takes over after that i think. So would this mean the iacv is just dirty and needs to be cleaned or do ya'll think it needs to be replaced.. oh and the CEL is not coming on either! but it does work!Thanks!
