Default help with engine squeak!! please!

While my car is on my engine makes a squeaking noise. But this noise stops when i push in my clutch a little. I don't even need to enguage the clutch i just need to push the pedal down right to that point where the pedal starts giving me resisitance back. (1 inch) How can i fix this problem without have to pay the local honda dealership hundreds and hundreds of dollars?
Could someone give me some advice on what to do? thanks in advance

You might have to pay hundreds and hundreds of dollars, because it sounds like your throwout bearing is going BYE-BYE

Actually, I had this problem on my old dx engine.........it's your clutch fork....if you look under the rubber boot in the front of your tranny right behind the fan....you will notice this big elbow boot.....with you engine running, press on the left of the bootand press toward the driver side of your car.....what it is....is vibration from your engine is causing your clutch fork to rub on the metel it pushes against......................try WD40.............or get a new engine like me( no i didn't get a new engine just because of a sqeak, but any excuse to get a B18B will work) Or......it might be throwout bearing.?

no, you should be able to reach it from the top....on the left, lower side of your engine if you are standing in front of your car looking down on it. But you won't be able to tell if that's it unless your engine is running.

My buddy had the same problem and we found it was the Release bearing. You need to take of the tranny to get to it. If you look at your tranny you can see the rubber boot, and under the boot there is the Release fork which controlls the release bearin (aka throw out bearing)
