h22 Problem
My buddys got an H22A in his 95 ex. Someone stole it and added oil. When he got it back vtec was not crossing over And it was bogging. I checked the dip stick and it was about 2 quarts over full. I drained the oil out and it no longer bogs out but it is xtill not getting vtec crossover. Any ideas?
Well someone stole a car. Gave it to him for colatteral. Then came back picked up the car and the next day test drove it again. Left the car for colatteral again. The guys girl came and got the car. And left with both vehicles to santa cruz. It was 3 quarts over full when he got it back. And it ran like dog ****. so I dr5ained some oil and it doesnt bog anymore but it still isnt getting vtec cross over.

Man that sucks, as was stated by 98vtec pull off the vtec solenoid and clean that first and see if that does anything. I know that too much oil can ruin a motor, years ago my sister decided to add oil to her escort without checking to see if it needed any and it ended up killing her car.
