who has the best head gaskets for h22a4, w/turbo?

You can use OEM or a Spoon one that raises compression by like .2-.4, can't remember.

He said for a turbo... I've heard that OEM is usually the best.

Copper head gaskets are usually used for turbo applications. Post this in the FI forum.
