Sounds like your head gasket has started to go, it is probably letting a small amount of coolant into a cylinder and burning it in the combustion process. Do you notice white smoke coming from the exhaust, that's water vapour in the exhaust gases ? That's a tell tale sign the head gaskets going.

there is no white smoke that is coming out the exausht like i said i did a compression test last weekend all are at or near to the same compression except the 3rd cylinder due to a bent valve but i do not see white smoke at all

dude i had the same problem.....Highly recommend getting a new head gasket. I had ppl compression check my motor n everything....couldnt find the leak until oil leaked out on the way to work....i mean all the oil....then the timing belt broke....so definatel get the head gasket cuz that was the problem

Also have a look at your oil, is it a slightly milky colour ? that indicates some coolant might be getting into the block and ending up in the oil although it's not always the case and not the only thing to check. But while your lifting the head to renew the gasket, it's an oportunity to get the bad valve in cylinder three corrected indeed all of them if you want peace of mind.
