you can't do it here either. it's pretty normal out here in SoCal, especially in the squid/stunt/bike gang-club sub-culture. that pic was taken in the "hood" area south central los angeles, so it really isn't surprising.

lol. if i were him, i'd have it tucked away on my left side. the way he has it now on the right, he has the let off the throttle in order to grab it, makes for a slow getta' way.

I remember, but one thing is a special edition 70k$ bike and other is an R1, it must be a pretty common sight there in Califa and nothing special.
Thinking about it...my friends stolen R1 was that same color...hey!

Not if he's right handed, quick on the draw. and if that is the case than I would put money on the concealed weapons permit especially if there is a holster.

Wow
I ride frequently carrying concealed, but make sure my jacket covers the gun, so no one gets the wrong idea. The holster in question is just an inner-waisteband holster, very common actually.

that's the 10 freeway in koreantown/mid-wil. it's not that terrible a neighborhood. continue going past vermont/western and you're in West LA and the beaches...
it's almost impossible to get a CCW in LA County, so he might be off-duty or just that tyte.

i know the street sign is in the first pic, that's not the point though, the point is that he's aware of Hoover St Crips.

I didn't like riding with my gun uncomfortable and I wouldn't want to land on that thing if I wiped out. The legalities of gun possession is as worthless as trying to debate over politics. Its different in every state while some states (CA, NY,MA,DC) are so **** some are more lax I know where I live you can walk around with a gun but the catch is it can not be concealed at all it has to be fully visible while it makes people nervous which I don't get cause pigs walk around all day and no one cares, who cares if they are a cop that doesn't mean they ae not capable of "losing it" and going postal. Concealment is a whole nother ball game
