Hi my name is Drew and i live my odyssey but i want to boost it but fir now $1000 budget

To be safe you should figure on a $4,000-$5,000 budget, and then you get to start worrying about the transmission.

Exhaust
Head to cat = $850
Cat back = $800-$1000 custom

Intake
Drop in K&N filter - $85
Custom CAI - $250+

Throttle body
Acura MDX or ZDX J37 70mm - $200 (used on eBay)
+ J37 upper intake manifold - $150-$200
+ adapter plate for J35 intake - $150 ($10 if you can make one yourself )

Cams
Regrind your own - $700
Regrind new - $1300

ECU
100% Stand alone - $500 - $1500

Tuning
$450+ depending on what your tuner charges to tune your hardware.
