Which Throttle Cable?
I am in the process of helping my boy with a b16a swap into a 89 civic si hatch. The throttle cable we have doesn't fit. We have the motor in and everything but we are stuck on which throttle cable we need. Does anyone here know?

Re: Which Throttle Cable? (mellowboy)
it is easy to make your own, use a 5 inch (or so) long piece of 3/4 strip metal, drill a hole the size of the throttle cable about 1/2 an inch in, and use a saw to make a slot that goes into it. then bend that end up 90 degrees. next, drill a hole on the other end that can fit a 10 mm bolt through it. bolt it up, maybe even throw a little paint on there to make it fancy. haha. that should hold it until you either get the teg cable or place bracket. i prefer the bracket, it will leave the end of the cable sealed, whereas the teg cable has a lot of cable exposed. i am just picky like that.
