Hello

I am having an issue with my throttle cable issue. Right now everytime I push down the throttle cable the cable goes out of place. I have adjusted it for the past 2 hours and can't find the right position. I also looked at another LS and adjusted it to the same threading. I don't know what the issue is right now but I do not feel safe driving the car if the throttle cable keeps on coming out.

What do you mean by "coming out"? Like it's coming off of the mount bracket? Can you take a close-up picture of the cable area around the bracket and where it connects to the TB?

 

Sure thing, and yes I mean it is coming out of the metal bracket =X

 

Sounds like inner cable is "sticking", either because it is "dry" or there is a "kink" in the outer cable.

Confirm this by turning the TB linkage by hand and seeing if inner cable is pulled back into outer cable when TB linkage is released, if not, replace throttle cable.94

 

Ok, will any LS throttle cable work from 94-01?

Also does anyone have a write up on how to remove the throttle cable,
