Default Oil cooled and water cooled Turbo? External Internal wastegate?

What is the difference between oil cooled and water cooled turbo. Also which turbo's off stock vehicles have a internal wastegate and which ones have an external waste gate. Any links or info is Greatly appreciated.

All turbos are oil cooled, the ones that list watercooled also have water ports to help with the cooling. without oil they would spin for about 5 seconds then weld themselves together

I think most cars that come stock with turbos are internally gated, its cheaper and easier to manufacture.
