Default Oil and water cooled sc50?

My freind bought an sc50 and when he got it, it turned out it was oil and water cooled. I have seen other sc50s and none of them were oil and water cooled. Did PTE or gerrett make any t3/t4 turbo that was oil and water cooled and not ceramic dual ball bearing?
is it possible he was sent the wrong turbo by mistake?
this has been buging me

I ordered a sc50 ball bearing turbo from Art a few days ago. He said the turbo is water and oil cooled.

You can have ALL Precision Turbos water cooled as an option if you want... i think there is nothing wrong about it... be happy that you have water cooled...
