Obd2 distributor
I am going to be doing a obd to obd1 conversion in my 90 civic. What my question is, I have an obd2 distributor from an integra with that work?? It is swapped with a B16. If it will does anyone have a pinout diagram?
Thanks

Re: Obd2 distributor (El_Capitan)
I am figuring it is a Vtec distributor right??
it should be the same as the obd1 just that it is all in one clip instead of two like obd1 distributors...

Yes it is compatible. You will need to change plugs or make a distributor jumper for this conversion. If you are buying the OBD0 to OBD1 conversion from me, I will supply you with all the wiring color changes in the instructions.

I will look into your conversion since I have not bought one yet. Thank you guys for all the info! Also while we're on the topic I'll be installing a turbo on this car soon as well, what kind of traction bar/ cross members are you all using now? I was thinking about the full race. What do you think??

I offer full tech support, all brand new OEM connectors, lifetime warranty, etc.
As far as traction bars, I am running the full race bars and really like them.

The obd2 distributor has more electric current therefore sending more power to the vtec solinoid and has been known to give a faster vtec engagement, and also providing a few more millimeters of lift on the camshafts therefore increasing horse power. You might want to think about getting bigger injectors as this has been garaunteed to lay down at least 10 whp. Good Luck!!!!
