OBD2 distributor on OBD0->OBD1 conversion?

Hello!
I am going to rebuild my OBD0 B16 to the OBD1, I know I need diferent distributor, I have some TD81U laying at home, can I use this one?
I know if I am rebulding OBD2 to OBD1 I dont need to change the distributor.

Can I do it this way?

TD81U is a 96-98 DOHC VTEC distributor.
You can use this dizzy and it's compatible with OBD1 ecu's, but you just need to change the wiring around to an OBD2 b-series vtec distributor plug on your engine wire harness side. Simply repin by color matching wires.

As an easy alternative if you're afraid to wire yourself, Rywire sells a mini distributor adaptor which will sold your wiring woes:
