Is my clutch bad or something else?
I drive a 1990 Honda CRX Si I was driving down the interstate in 5th gear and all the sudden my car isn't accelerating its just revving up so i pull it out of gear into neutral and then put back into 5th gear and drives fine for about 5 minutes then all the sudden it does it again but this time its not coming back i don't know what it is i can start my car up and everything but when i put into gear it goes no where and i can also put into gear without engaging the clutch pedal with no grinding what so ever?

So, it sounds like you can put the car in gear, with the engine running, car stopped, and with the clutch pedal up? If that is the case, there is likely something very wrong between the engine and the transmission.
The clutch material could have slowly worn over time to the point that there is no longer enough for the pressure plate to grab on, but there would certainly have been warning signs. The center of the clutch plate could have also failed.
You won't know for sure until that trans comes off and you can see the clutch. Do check the simple stuff first though, clutch cable (Is it still attached? How does the clutch pedal feel?), shifter (Is it loose? What does it feel like when selecting gears?). From the sound of it though it likely isn't that simple but it doesn't hurt to check.

Kinda hard putting into gears and yes whole car is running and without pushing in the clutch it can go into gear. Could the clutch have broken into pieces? Because with the clutch not there basically there would be no friction to rotate the tranny? kraquepype

If your clutch actually disintegrated, it's unlikely you'd have any engagement at all, and your car would probably sound almost as bad as one of these. Check the clutch cable first, like kraquepype said.

I've had a rear main seal leak soak a clutch disc with oil and cause all the friction material to soften then disintegrate around the rivets, ultimately leading to the friction material coming off the disc and just piling up in the bell housing.

I've had the input shaft seal leak and cause a clutch to slip under even light throttle. Also another thing to check would be make sure neither of your axles popped out. They should sit almost flush with the transmission.
