Default clutch and trans trouble shooting

Yesterday I was in 3rd around 5000 rpms, I took it out of 3rd and it wouldn't slip into 4th or any other gear after that. I check the clutch reservoir it was full, I bled the slave and made sure the fork was operating. It will go in gear if the car is NOT started, once started it will not go in gear, if you try to start it in gear it will jump n stall as if the clutch was catching. It will not roll forward in 1st if the clutch is pressed in but it makes a clicking sound, it will not roll backwards in 1st with the clutch pressed it (it causes the motor to rock). Sound like trans, clutch, plate or all 3?

Sounds like either a bad slave or clutch master cylinder. Had similar problem in my integra.

The master and slave is working, the were replaced about 10-15000 miles ago and I can visibly see the slave extending and moving the fork, I get around 1.5" of travel or more.

The clutch was toasted, a spring broke loose. Not 100% sure but I know 2 of the 3 previous owners and they never did a clutch IDK how but could this be the original? 190k on that if so. So with the trans out I can spin the center shaft in every gear, no noise no grinding or binding, think it's safe to say the trans is good and it was just the clutch, plate and fly wheel?

Clutch and plate, Lotta wear and heat.

Had to cut the exhaust spring bolts

They spun out with a set of vice grips. Will be needing a new set. Anyone have a link?

New clutch and pressure plate, throw out breaking and take ur flywheel to machine shop and see if u can resurface it and u should be good to go. Remember t replace tranny fluid with genuine Acura/ Honda manual fluid

No honda fluid available in my area, every store said dealership or royal purple manual trans fluid. I can switch out to honda when I get mobile again. Is the purple stuff garbage or what? Other people said a straight motor weight.

Am I cool with this purple stuff for a week or so? I gotta recoupe some cash first, new fly, new clutch, throw out, pilot bearing, new plate, new rear main seal, tons of brake clean. Is that stuff cool till next week?
