crank. Stock B18B1
head: B16 PR3 stock

and best time 1/4 mille? on civic HB 4th gen

That's a really open-ended question with how minimal your parts list is, but you're probably looking at around 160whp with stock cams, up to 200whp depending on aftermarket parts.

The 1/4 mile time is impossible to answer. Too many variables. You're just going to have to run it and find out.

How long do you want it to last? What are your bearing clearances? What chassis is it going to be in? What fuel will you be running? How much do you weigh? What tires are you going to run? What tire pressure? What are the track conditions? What is the average ambient temperature where you live? What kind of clutch do you have? How good is your reaction time? How long is a piece of string?

I think you get the point....
