90 CRX Si Blower Motor troubleshooting

Re: 90 CRX Si Blower Motor troubleshooting
This thread is really old, but I have scoured the forums looking for another route to fix my blower issues. Here's what I've done:
Jumped the motor to 12v, it works perfectly.
I have a new resistor as of about a year ago, and it's still good. No broken coils.
I cleaned the selector switch in the dash because I thought that might be an issue, it's not.
I'm getting power to the plug that goes into the fan motor, it lights up my test light. But, it's not much voltage. Usually .9-1v only.
I have checked the fuse under the dash, and the fuse under the hood. Both are good.
What else am I missing? I replaced the brushes in the motor about a year ago and it's been working fine ever since. Still runs if I hook the battery straight up to it. Any help is appreciated, even though this is an old thread. I'm just wondering if there's something I'm missing somewhere, a connector maybe? A relay?
