Default 89 CRX HF B18B1 Swap

I found a B18B1 longblock for sale for $100 USD and it needs valve stem seals fixed on it. All I need to know is if it's a good idea to buy it and fix them for my 89 CRX HF B-series swap that I'm working on. Wether or not it would be a good investment. Thank you in advance!

EDIT: valve stem seals **replaced** on it.

EDIT 2: I ended up buying a B16A gen 2 for $650, complete long block. I just bought an A1 transmission as well with the 90-93 axles and half-shaft for $150. So, I'm getting it going and buying mounts and shift linkage in a week or two. Then all I need is the ecu (PR3, PW0, or P30, right?), running VTEC wires, and getting 4th Generation EX, DX, or Si knuckles/hubs. That's all I can think of that I'll need, to do the swap considering everything is on the motor and tranny. I would appreciate if I could get confirmation.

My guess would be that a $100 long block will require much more work than just replacement of valve stem seal. You won't know for sure what you have until you test the engine yourself.
