You'd have to be one hell of a moron to not realise that your timing belt has snapped.
I couldn't quite understand from the original post though, Does the motor turn over and not start? Or does it not turn over at all, and the starter motor spins freely? If it's the latter it mustn't be meshing with the flywheel.

from what it sounds like to me you need a starter if the starter gear isnt throwing out onto the flywheel like u say and the starter is just turning like a electric motor does kinda sounds like its not throwing the gear over to the fly wheel or sticking or something to where it wont grab the flywheel IMO
try taking the start off and clean the gear on it with brake cleaner maybe its sticking if not try another starter

Okay not ruling out the starter yet i took it off and cleaned it i also left the power and ground on it then tryed start car it goes out and stays long as you have the ignition on but for some reason after i cleaned it it helped a little bit and tryed turn over but soon as it did the starter smoked for some damn reason the ground is okay and the power free any thing that would spark

if it helped after u cleaned the start im still going with the starter imo i clean my starter every time there is a reason to take it off because it gets a little bit of oils and lots of clutch grime and shavings on it just like the bell housing of the transmission does and can cause it to get sticky and grimey imo go to junk yard and get a starter for 5 bucks and throw it on
