Default 1.5L distributor VS 1.6L distributor

Well I have come across a problem. I have 5 D15 heads sitting around and a D16A6 with a knock (head still attached and in great shape). The D16 does not have a distributor.

Distributors I have are.

90 CRX HF distributor (d15b6)

93 Civic EX distributor (d16z6)

I also have OBD0 wiring that will work with the 93 EX distributor. And ofcorse my STD wiring on my 1990 EF STD plugs and plays on the HF distributor. I noticed diffrent part numbers between 1.5L and 1.6L, will the 1.5L work with the 1.6L head? Also I am about to remove the cylinder head like I said because of a broken timing belt, Is there any links for a how to step by step? Its been a while, i remember a few things just want to cross my t's.

use the hf dizzy if your staying obd0 and the ex if your going obd1, they are NOT interchangable. obd0 has 16 click for a full turn and the obd1 had 22 clicks for a full rotation i belive.

hondaswap.com has helms manuals for download for pulling the head

whats the advantage of using the HF distributor if I am going to run mpfi? I pulled off the wire loom cover and its been spliced with another harness, thats why it plugs into dx harness. I also forgot to mention I have a stock 1.5L dx distributor. Will it work with the D16A6 head? Thanks for the link

any specific place to look for the manual? lol
