Don't start taking the car apart, until you can loosen the bolt. You may need to drive it to a shop, and have them do it.

You'll want the crank pulley tool, and big *** breaker bar, and cheater pipe.
They don't like coming off.

Got my $50.00 bucks back, after I returned it as well. Its free. Orielys rents out the tools. It was simple to remove after that. Torque specs are just as imporant as the torqing order. Hanes manual/ google will be extremely beneficial. Pick up coolant, and be pre-pair to do an oil flush/ replace filter. Go through the threads with a tap to ensure they're cleaned out. You'd be suprised how much **** will be in there. I suggest replacing your timing belt at the same time. Why go through the hours of time at two different times when you can complete it all at once? Gl.

Try soaking the crank pulley bolt in acetone and ATF.

Off topic: this method DOES NOT work on these motors because the motor will spin the same direction as the bolt. If you wedge a breaker bar in there on that bolt and crank the motor, you'll only tighten the bolt even more (or likely destroy the breaker bar and send pieces of metal flying everywhere).

Just my 2 cents.
