Dude that's a very vague question.
Yokohama makes way too many tires to ask such a vague question.
Example?
Yokohama Response tires suck donkey *****.
Yokohama AVS-i (discontinued) were killer-*** tires for sure.
For 16'' you'll be looking at either the Parada Spec 2 () or the A520 in the 205-45-16 variety.
If you want the stickier of the two and you don't mind the lesser treadlife, get the A520. These are really good tires overall and stick pretty damn good too.
If you want some "tizzite y0" tires that are hard as a rock but LOOK "sporty" then get the Parada Spec 2.
BTW:
They might also offer the new ES100 in that size. If so those will probably be the stickiest and least expensive.

Sticky means sticky.
That means that they will adhere to the road better, thus your car will corner better.
...but most of the time the stickier tires don't last as long because their rubber compounds are softer - that's how they achieve the stickiness.
