Re: Opinion on tires???? (redlinegsr)
I actually have those exact tires on my stock wheels, and I have no problems with them. The tread wear is very good, although I only use them on the street. I don't know if they are any good on the track. I would recommend them for a rather inexpensive tire.
The Falken Azenis, on the other hand, are an excellent tire for traction, although they are bad on rainy streets.
Just do a little looking around, and searching.

Whats wrong with the Yokahamas you have now? Is it that time. Kumhos are a good tire if your looking for a long life, but they dont do **** for traction. I would look for something stickier

Bridgestone Potenza S-03
Best tires you can get, imho.

The yokes are about dead. Buddy from what i hear these aren't too bad with traction. Jarrod is running them on his gsr stocks and said it hooks up pretty good! He said just as good if not better than the parada and those are shitty tires but sticky as hell. I found a deal I can't pass up so I think im gonna go with it. I am tired of paying $100-$120 a tire ya know

The same thing happened to me. Also, when u push the 712s they break loose, i used to have them and they lasted a long time, but after a couple thousand miles they turned into a non-performance tire.

I've had paradas...hate em. I go through tires like a hot knife goes though butter. Tired of "spending the money" on good ones
