yo man b16 valve spring help
i need to know some ideas i have some dual springs from a friend which they have the same rate at the same height will that suffice with ctr cams or do i need a stronger rate

I don't quite understand what you've written, but with CTR cams, you best option would be factory Type R springs.

at the machine shop we set a specific height on the speing tester stock springs and the dual ones i have supposed to be crower both were an exaxt 60 pounds but it took inner and outer on the duals to be 60lbs ? is will they work for a turbo application

ok first of all you didnt say what kind of car the cams are going into. but no you dont need any different springs for just stock ctr cams.
