yet another vss problem.
ok so ive searched everything.. and cant fix my car. so it throws a cel 17 after i put in a new clutch. so i changed the vss it self, that didnt fix it. so i got a new gauge cluster, still not workin. so then i cleaned the plugs and got nothin again. so im thinkin i gotta check the wires but what is the continuety supposed to be on the plug. ok so.. the real confusing part is it throws the cel 17 when im drivin and the car still goes into vtec.. so what could the problem be? thanks for the help!

your speed sensor has nothing to do with vtec just rpm. you may have corrosion inthe plug cuz moisture got in the plug itslef on the harness side so you may have to clean or wire up a new plug for the VSS and the contnuity is like 12volts for power and i think 6 volts for the second wire and 0 for the ground
