VSS problem??

VSS problem??
Sup guys i was gettin a CEL for VSS so i went to the dealership and got the sensor, now my speed meter needles works, but wierd everytime i get to 7krpms the speedmeter goes crazy, it jump all the way to 140mph! what could be???? TIA

its not the sensor is the connecton in the plug. clean out the wire harness side of the vss plug.
i had probs like that. turns out i had to take a new plug, cut it off. depin and fully clean each of the 3 pins. then i put it back into the plug and soldered the whole thing into my current engine harness. works flawlessly now
