i recently purchased jdm headlights with jdm plugs and bulbs.whats funny is that my plugs on my car fit the jdm h4h bulb.the usdm plug and jdm plug are just a bit different.or is this a regular h4 bulb?i just need to know before installing the jdm plugs.ill post pics of the pilugs soon.

I'm not quite sure what your are asking..? Yes h4h bulbs and h4 bulbs are pretty much the same. They are both high/low beam bulbs. The only real difference is the ouptut and base of the bulbs I believe. h4h bulbs are supposed to put out "more" light, however I have no idea if they really do or not.

If the plugs fit together and the lights work fine, then I wouldnt mess with anything...

well the only reason i ask is because people say that the jdm plugs are different and won't work with the jdm plugs.but i plugged them right in and the u.s. plug fit the h4h bulb.and the lights did turn on.so either they were wrong or what are other opinions.

there are some jdm headlights that came with H4s (usdm bulbs) you got the h4h set (jdm bulbs) i have the same set which is h4h, they do not sell h4h at your local autostore, check ebay for them and HT sponsers on here. the jdm and usdm plugs are the same, just different size bulb, same shape but smaller
