Default Is it worth it? Staying obd-II w/vafc or going OBD-I w/vafc ????

So this is the add from ebay:

This OBD1 p72 Skunk2 programmed ECU is the MOST powerful ECU on the market today!! This is the famous OBD1 p72 that is 100% TUNER FRIENDLY AND...SICK OF THOSE OBD2 WOES AND CHECK ENGINES LIGHTS? ALL GONE...SICK OF NOT GETTING MAX HP OUT OF YOUR MODS, DONE!....has the fuel curve of a rocket ship COMBINED w/ advanced ignition timing proves for MONSTER GAINS IN HP!(15-25 depending on application and upgrades). Engages 1st stage of vtec at 4800 rpms and gets ready to EXPLODE into full blown vtec at 5800 rpm's and pulls HARD all the way to a 9500 rpm redline...YES...your car will MAKE POWER all the way to 9500 rpm's(DO NOT SUGGEST PASSING 8500 RPMS W/OUT UPGRADED SPRINGS AND RETAINERS)! Which means instead of shifting at 7500-8000 on your regular ecu'ed gsR and losing power or falling out of vtec, you will be shifting in the 9's which means you will already be at 7500-8000 rpms in the next gear!!! VTEC TO VTEC SHIFTING EVERY TIME!!! KEEPING THOSE HIGH RPM HORSES EVERY TIME!! ...Maximize your performance right away w/ this p72 OBD1 SKUNK2 ECU! OBD adaptor harnesses available upon request(allow one week to order). Perfect ECU if you have done a B series motor swap!
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Now of course I would have to buy the harness converter but if i just get a vafc would it be worth it to me to go to OBD-I?

I mean cuz w/vafc i can adjust fuel curves and vtec settings...so whats the big deal bout going with a diffrent chipped ecu? Couldnt i just change the timming when i tune it as well? And besides i wouldnt never want to rev to 9000+rpm....so whats left? Whats the advantage?? anyone?

Thanx for your help......Oh i guess too that i should mention that i later want to get the Skunk2 Intake mani..would that matter?
