Will 16x7 40mm offset Rota GT3's RUB
I want to purchase a set of black and polished rota gt3's, the car is just a cruising/ show car so i slam the **** out of it. Will i rub these ******* or will i be ok, i had 40mm slips in the rear with a 205/50/15 and they rubbed on the sidewall of the tire. If i rock some 195/50/16 does that sound like it would work?????? any fitment issues with these wheels

mine rub in the rear and my car is not slammed about a finger gap at all four corners. rear camber is set at zero and the tire is a 205/45. a 195/50 might work, dont know how good it will look though

it really depends:
what car
do you have a camber kit
how bad was the rubbing with the slipstreams
if you can, shave off the innerfender of the rear fender?
most of my knowledge is towards the 7thgen civics, as for those tire sizes, both of them would work with my 2003 civic. 195/50/16 eh? never seen a wheel that sized before. if your rubbing with 205, then i guess 195 is your next best choice to go with a slammed car.

go with 205/40/16.. 50 series on a 16" is too fat.u cant slam it with that size.

yea a 50 series on an eg wont look right, 205/40 or even 205/45 will look good but you are gonna get some rubbing action. Are your fenders rolled?

what's tha width on your 15" rim? 6.5 or 7?
i've had 195/40/16 in tha rear before and it was fine. no rubbin' at all even with tha neg' camber. car was pretty low too. i had cut neuspeed race springs.
